Beryl Perez
Beryl (Perez) manages the CIBIP Project on behalf of Anglia Ruskin University. As an independent consultant and researcher, she has been working with Eastern region organisations in the creative and cultural sector over many years.  She is also employed as a Coordinator by MOVE Lifelong Learning Network - a regional organisation set up to advise and support individuals and organisations in both the private and public sectors on progression and training opportunities available to the creative and cultural industries.

Anne Williamson
Anne (Williamson) has a background in careers advice, substantially related to the creative industries, and training in the cultural sector. She has worked on other projects for Screen East including a recent major ESF programme supporting and advising creative businesses in the East of England.

Edwina Simpson
Edwina (Simpson) is an arts management professional, and is currently General Manager at Theatre Resource where she has worked since 1996. She also has arts-related teaching experience at postgraduate level, and has worked with creative businesses through the CIBIP project since inception
